## The following will be a reference for how my steel/s are setup during baking.
In general, and although there are more than three available shelves in my oven, for now; I'll only be indicating whether the steel/s are on the "bottom", "middle" or "top" shelf.
### 2 Top.
This is when the steels are placed one on top of the other with the 14" steel on top of the 16" inch, and the pizza is backed on top of them both. If this configuration is changed to a different place in the oven, it will be labeled accordingly. For example 2 Mid or 2 bottom.
### Batt. Top 14 or Batt. Top 16.
This is when the two steels are placed on different shelves with a gap in the middle big enough to accommodate a pizza being baked in middle.
