## Sanfroulon Buble.
Pronounced Boo Blay. This is the name I gave to my starter when I made him. The name is derived from the name of my old "perma-poolish" that I used to keep in the fridge. A perma-poolish is simply when you make a poolish big enough so that when you use it, you can feed it and put it back in the fridge like you would a starter. His name was Sauron Buble (Boo Blay).
I made the starter that I have now with some San Francisco culture that I bought of amazon, hence adding the prefix "SanFroul" to the old name. Clever little bastard aren't I? Well, the original Sauron Buble kept getting infected with some sort of pink bacteria in the fridge, while my new started seemed to be totally immune to it, so I just decided on using the proper starter for everything that required a pre ferment. It does taste way better anyway so why not?
